Doyen PR Opening Night of FERMENTO

FERMENTO Darlinghurst

Born out of a shared appreciation for everything Italian that ferments…Darlinghurst has a newcomer to the block, Fermento, brainchild of Diego Mazza and Giorgio Colosimo, respectively hailing from Calabria and Milan in Italy.

The new food & wine bar opened its doors for the first time to the media at an intimate launch on Tuesday 15th March, attended by the likes of actress Suzan Mutesi, celebrity stylist, Jamie Azzopardi, food blogger, Not Quite Nigella and top food & lifestyle editors.
