Elysee Collective Soneva Media Lunch
World-leading luxury resort group Soneva hosted an intimate media lunch with famed Soneva Chef Kevin Fawkes at Chiswick Woollahra on Wednesday.
The event was hosted by Guardian of the Brand Carissa Nimah, together with appointed luxury public relations agency Élysée Collective. Guests indulged in a bespoke five course menu created by Soneva Chef Kevin in collaboration with Matt Moran, including hero dishes such as ’torched wild kingfish sashimi with garlic ponzu sauce and green daikon’ and ’whole roasted organic chicken cured under the soil with garden leaves and rye’.
In attendance was Australia’s most esteemed editors including Eugenie Kelly and Kirstie Clements from Harper’s BAZAAR, Rebecca Caratti from Vogue Living, Gavin Kirk from Belle, Eliza O’Hare from Inside Out and Ben Judd from Executive Style, together with tastemakers such as Ellie Aitken and Sam Perry.
