Tonic PR A Night with the Maker’s Dozen
Maker’s Dozen, Sydney’s delicious new food collective of dessert and pastry creators, craft beer and wine aficionados, and fusion food fanatics, officially opened with a VIP and media event for 100 guests lastnight.
The event, a Night with the Makers, stimulated the senses during an evening of food, drink, and entertainment by Saga, Boque by Tapavino, Hopper Kadé, Pasta Wafu, Bucket Boys, XOPP by Golden Century, Fish & Co., Mr Bao Buns, Bau Truong, Bubble Nini, and Fishbowl.
Guests got interactive, making Sri Lankan hoppers and DIY karaage chicken baos, devoured Saga’s famous tiramisu, freshly shucked oysters, chorizo burgers, and pho. Bucket Boys had natural wines and craft beers flowing.
In the nick of time, XOPP by Golden Century (iconic Golden Century’s baby brother) managed to fill the wine fridges and clear some space to quietly open its doors for a sneak peek at what’s to come when it officially opens in September.
